This honey is harvested by our bees here in Central California from tangerine and pomegranate orchards.  It is a mix from both orchards and has a slightly citrusy, sweet taste. 
 
 
The honey comes in a liquid form but crystallizes into a  firm and smooth form over time. If you would like to soften your honey after it crystallized, place the jar in very warm water and leave it in there for about 30 minutes or until it becomes clear and liquid.  This will not cause any loss of enzymes or other healthful properties in the honey!
