Sustainable
We do not let our bees go hungry and only take the surplus of honey and pollen from them to sell to our customers. During the drought years, we did not and do not extract any honey. Instead, we take reserves from previous years and feed that to the bees. This is how we strive to keep our business practices 100% sustainable and our bees healthy and happy.
Nothing Added
We do not add anything to our honey or any of our products. Therefore, you may notice that raw honey will naturally crystallize. To soften the honey, place it in warm water until the crystals dissolve or alternatively, you may place it where the sun will warm it up and make it liquid again naturally.
Our pollen can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 months or in the freezer for up to 1 year. It is best not to keep it in room temperature and in an open container because moth really loves pollen and will plant their eggs in it.
