This raw Wildflower Honey is our summer honey crop.   It is a medium color and has a mild sweet taste.  It is produced by our bees feeding on the wild California flowers and native plants that bloom during the summer months. It is perfect for baking, topping toast, or ice cream, or eating right from the jar! Honey color and flavor vary slightly from hive to hive and season to season depending on the rainfall and the wildflowers in bloom. This is not a single-source honey. 
 
Our honey is raw, never pasteurized, and slightly filtered, so it retains all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antibacterial properties that raw honey is known for.
